By using Aegis Replay, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Aegis Replay is provided to help users record, replay, and generate evidence for workflows. You are responsible for how you use the tool and for ensuring you have permission to test and capture evidence on any systems you use it with.
Aegis Replay is a software tool and does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. "Compliance-ready" features refer to evidence generation capabilities and do not constitute regulatory approval. You remain responsible for meeting your regulatory obligations.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Your use of Aegis Replay is also governed by our Privacy Policy. With BYOK enabled, your data is encrypted with your keys and we cannot access it.
To the extent permitted by law, Aegis Replay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Aegis Replay after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
